Yes. We do not place advertisements on any of our customers hosting acounts.
Yes. We have a 250 email per hour outgoing mail limit. Emails exceeding the 250 limit will be discarded. For customers who need to send out more than 250 emails per hour, you can optionally extend your account to include an extra mail server that has a limit of 600 emails per hour for an additional $11.95 per month. This is a manual set up process, thus you must contact sales in order to have this service enabled on your account.
If you find that you have outgrown your current hosting plan, simply open a ticket with our Sales Department and request an upgrade to one of our other hosting plans that best suits your current needs. You will be billed the difference for the upgrade based on your current payment plan. Alternatively, you can purchase a dedicated server should you require more space and/or bandwidth than our shared hosting plans allow.
Our sales representatives are available Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. If you have any questions, please feel free to visit our Billing & Support Center and open a ticket with our Sales Department.
