Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Supreme Center Hosting offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all our hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our hosting service simply notify Supreme Center Hosting via email or support ticket within the first 30 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees and overages. If a refund is due, you will be notified by email. NOTE: it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please contact us. ALL refunds will be made via PayPal. We do not refund via any other method.
Setup Fees:
Although we do not charge a setup fee when purchasing a hosting account, we may charge a setup fee of $10 for cancellations - the setup fee will be deducted from your refund.
Setup fees are refundable ONLY for the following reasons:
* You canceled the account order prior to activation
* Your desired domain name was not available
The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to any additional services such as, but not limited to, overages, disk space, email accounts, domain name registration, templates, SSL certificates, application installations or upgrades, web design or web programming services.
Refund Policy for Renewals:
Although our 30-day money back guarantee applies to new accounts, charges for the renewal of shared hosting accounts may be refunded if written notification [either via email message or support ticket] is received no later than the tenth day following the renewal date. This ten day grace period applies to all Supreme Center Hosting shared hosting plans. Note that refunds will not be granted if your written notification is received after the grace period. Refunds on renewals are at the sole discretion of Supreme Center Hosting.
Refund Policy for Dedicated Servers:
The Supreme Center Hosting Refund Policy does not apply to dedicated servers. Due to the amount of dedicated server orders Supreme Center Hosting generates, we feel our time would be best spent providing support for legitimate, long-term dedicated server clients only. A trial period or money back guarantee is just not practical due to the amount of time our staff spends on each order/client.
The ONLY exception to this would be if you paid for dedicated server services more than on month in advance. We would then refund additional months paid. For example; if you paid for 3 months in advance and cancelled your account after 15 days, you would receive a refund for 2 months of service.
Domains & Domain Registrations:
ALL domain registrations are final and do not include a money back guarantee and will be subject to a $11.95 per year/per domain registration fee. The domain registration fee of $11.95 will be deducted from any refund due.
Dedicated IP Addresses & SSL Certificates:
There will be no refunds for Dedicated IP Addresses or SSL Certificated once either have been added to your account. The cost of the Dedicated IP and/or SSL Certificate will be deducted from any refund covered by the 30-day money back guarantee.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED DURING THE 30-DAY PERIOD OR AT ANY OTHER TIME FOR VIOLATION OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
